PAC Board & Volunteer Opportunities

Joining the PAC is a great way to stay connected to the school community, meet other families, and help support the experiences that make our school special. Whether you can contribute a little time or take on a larger role, every bit of support makes a difference.

Most roles are flexible and designed to fit around busy schedules — many tasks can be shared or done from home on your own time.

Executive Roles

President Role
Help guide the PAC and support a positive, collaborative school community. The President helps organize meetings, works closely with school staff and parents, and keeps PAC activities moving forward throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, communication, and helping bring people together — with support from the full PAC team.

Vice President Role
Support the President and help keep PAC initiatives running smoothly. The Vice President steps in when needed, assists with events and planning, and helps coordinate volunteers and activities throughout the year. A great role for someone who wants to be involved and learn more about PAC leadership with a flexible level of commitment.

Treasurer Role
Help keep the PAC organized financially by tracking expenses, reimbursements, and fundraising income. The Treasurer prepares simple financial updates for meetings and helps support budgeting throughout the year. This role works well for someone detail-oriented who can dedicate a small amount of consistent time each month.

Secretary Role
Help keep everyone informed and connected. The Secretary records meeting notes, helps organize PAC communications, and supports newsletters content. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, organization, or helping share information with the school community.
