Volunteer Sign Up

The Ridgeway Parent Advisory Committee (“PAC”) is open to all parents of Ridgeway students. We welcome everyone, and promote respectful collaboration. We are all volunteers helping parents participate in the school system and striving to enrich the student experience and their accessibility to opportunities if needed.

Getting involved in PAC is a great way to get to know other parents. We always need volunteers for small tasks or big projects.

Class Representatives Sign Up

As we enter another fabulous year, your PAC is excited to work with the caregivers of Ridgeway to ensure the best possible experience for all Ravens.

To do this, we are extending a request to all divisions: we are looking for a volunteer to take on the role of Class Rep.

As a Class Rep, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between your division and the PAC/School.
  • Reach out to fellow caregivers in your division and create a contact list.
  • Share updates and relay information to your division.

To support you in this role:

  • We’ll provide a letter for your teacher to email or send home, so caregivers know how to contact you and can consent to being added to the list.
  • We recommend setting up a chat group (WhatsApp, Signal, Facebook, or Discord). Instructions are included in the Class Rep package, though you’re welcome to use other tools.
  • A Google Sheets template will also be provided to help you organize caregiver names, student names, and contact details.

If you are interested, please reach out to: hans.p@ridgewaypac.onmicrosoft.com.
